Parents, please note the following:

* Please return this form as soon as possible to your child’s Sunday Church School teacher or to the church office.  Early registration helps with classroom planning and supplies.  You may get additional forms at the church office in order to invite neighbors and friends.

* Dinner is offered from 5:00pm – 5:45pm.  All are welcome.  Donations towards the cost of food will be accepted.

* Students are to go directly to Festal Hall.  You may pick up your child(ren) in Festal Hall at 8:15 PM.

* Offerings are collected each day.  Money will be donated to a local charity or community project.
