MUSIC MINISTRY

MUSIC IS “GRACE-FULL”
The summer is over, vacations are but a memory, sports and band camps are finished, and school is open. In our church many things change too . . . Sunday Church School opens, committees re-form, just to name a few. This is also the time when our parish choirs resume full rehearsals. As Lutherans, we firmly believe that we live every day because of God’s lavish grace. Being in a choir, vocal or handbells, is a way of using the grace that God showers upon us. These are our choirs and rehearsal times:
Youth Handbell Choir — rehearses Sunday after church for Jr./Sr. High youth beginning Sept. 9
Men’s Chorus — rehearses Monday night from 7 — 8 p.m. beginning Sept. 10
Women’s Handbell Choir — rehearses Tuesday from 12 noon — 1 p.m. beginning August 28
Treble Choir — rehearses Tuesday from 3:45 — 4:45 p.m. for elementary students beginning Sept. 4
Chancel Choir — rehearses Thursday from 7— 8:15 p.m. beginning Sept. 6th
Why not come and join your fellow members . . . and allow yourself to be full of God’s grace?
