Fun for the whole family!
Come on out and join us at Commerce Bank Park on City Island to watch the Harrisburg Senators play the Reading Phillies (AA Phillies) on Friday, May 2. Game time is 6:05 p.m. and there will be a spectacular fireworks display afterwards. Come early to enjoy City Island and all of its wonderful attractions. All congregations in attendance will be recognized on the scoreboard and announced over the PA system!
This is a great way to enjoy a terrific night of baseball, enjoy some fellowship time with other Lutherans, and do a good deed for our camps. The Senators will return a portion of the ticket proceeds to the Lutheran Camping Corporation. Thrivent for Lutherans will then provide supplemental funds. Tickets are $8.00 for reserved seating and $3.00 for general admission. Order forms should be returned to the church office along with your check made payable to First Lutheran Church and marked for “Senators Game” no later than Friday, April 11.
